Synapse Medical Services is delighted to announce that this week we released version 2.3.4 of Australia’s most comprehensive medical billing app, in which our rules engine has been substantially expanded.
There is no medical billing rules engine anywhere in Australia so we are building one. At Synapse, we know the rules because we have decades of experience speaking with Medicare and the various other payers, all day every day, discussing claiming conundrums and investigating rejected and incorrectly paid claims. It is this unwritten information and knowledge that you need, and our promise to you is that we will continue to program all of what we estimate to be about one million rules into Synapps, one by one, for as long as it takes – because we are committed to making your life easier, helping you with your compliance obligations and continuing to make billing accessible from your fingertips while you’re on the go!
This update also includes the usual bug fixes and enhancements, and the latest version of the MBS.
