On International Women’s Day 2021 it gives us great pleasure to congratulate the outstanding achievement of our own Vidhya Bala who won the Industry Icon Award last week from the Vijaya Group of Hospital.
The event was organised to recognise individual talent in the healthcare sector. There were a total of 200 + entries and our HR Director was one of the small group of chosen Icons.
Vidhya Bala is one of our outstanding female leaders Synapse Medical Services and the award is thoroughly deserved.
We are lucky at Synapse to have so many inspiring female leaders across all areas of the business.
