Our experience also tells us that most providers would actually like to be doing the right thing by payers, if only they knew what that was. But labyrinthine, inconsistent and constantly changing rules make that difficult to achieve.

Equally, we enjoy working with payers, forensically analysing their paid claims and assisting with audits and education so they can better manage the compliance aspects of incoming claims.
