CEO message – Synapse new website

11/05/2018

Dear Synapse Network,

As you may be aware, at Synapse Medical we have been steadily growing over the last few years, as we continue to service the healthcare administration needs of a now international client base. With this in mind, we have always been very conscious of continuing to deliver an up-to-date and efficient service to our most valued asset, our clients.

Therefore, we felt we needed a more modern look for the cutting edge delivery that we offer. So this week we have been delighted to release our new website, as our clients will have seen via a short email bulletin. We wanted to keep things simple with a more transparent site that instantly shows you what to expect and where we operate. We sincerely hope that we’ve delivered on this.

We will still provide the same wonderful services and the new site expresses this more clearly by focusing on our core activities of:

1) Billing
2) Coding
3) Transcription
4) Education and
5) Consultancy projects.

Once logged in, you will still see all your records just as you always have, but in the context of a modern new design. There are also new product offerings and a live chat service that we felt we needed.

This has taken months of hard work and I’d like to personally thank my team and our design partners, Stream Design, for the wonderful implementation of the same. The graphics reflect our now international footing, with offices in Chennai and Dubai, as we continue to endeavour to support healthcare systems globally through dedicated resource, a deep understanding and a burning passion.

We hope that you find this new site easy to navigate and we would love you to watch our new videos and keep in-touch with our dedicated social media channels. This is just the beginning for Synapse and I welcome you to join us on this exciting journey.

We would love to hear any feedback or questions on this change so please feel free to send them over to us via enquiries@synapsemedical.com.au.

Kindest regards,

Margaret Faux
